The Band

SJ Mortimer

Matt Wheatley - Keys / MD
Matt was inspired by music from a young age, training first as a jazz saxophonist, before exploring other instruments self taught. After a winding career in the arts working in media production, dance and creative design, he took up a number of session player positions in tribute shows, and as Musical Director for theatrical artists and charity concerts.
One of the first school bands he was part of leaned heavily on the iconic music of the 70s, playing the hits of Zeppelin, Floyd, The Who and many more. More recently, Matt has moved into composition, as part of a theatrical writing duo 'Wheatley & McCredie'. Together they are currently developing their first musical as well as working on projects for brands and artists around the UK and internationally.
SJ Mortimer - Vocals
SJ's bio goes here, talk about how fucking awesome she is and how her vocal prowess will blow your mind. Also, mention her insane outfit selection which in itself is worth the ticket price.

Kieran Morgan

Piers Mortimer - Guitar
Piers, you probably ought to do a few bits professionally to pad this section out. Last time I checked, you just really don't know much about the live music industry.
Kieran Morgan - Guitar
Kieran mainly talks about the magic act of his shirt buttons slowly becoming undone throughout the duration of the show here. Ladies (and men...) strap in.

Matt Duduryn

Matt Duduryn - Bass
Born and raised in Felixstowe, Suffolk, Matt started teaching himself to play the bass at 13 and performed his first gig when he was 14. He continued to play in local bands until he was 19 when he moved to Cambridge to study Music at Anglia Ruskin University. He fully immersed himself in the Cambridge music scene whilst studying his Bachelor’s degree and became proficient in playing multiple genres including Jazz, funk, Latin and rock.
He received tutoring from world class bassists Tiago Coimbra and Tony Cimorosi during this time who equipped him with the skills of being a professional musician after he graduated.
Matt continued his studies at Goldsmiths, University of London, earning himself a Master of Music degree in Composition. His main areas of studies were 20th century compositional techniques; including Serialism, orchestration, sound design and music for film and moving media.
Now an experienced musician with studio and gig accolades, Matt currently lives in Leytonstone, East London where he divides up his time between performing and teaching. He is also classically trained on the piano and plays double bass and acoustic guitar.
